We welcome submissions covering diverse aspects of signing, speech and language research methodology as described in the [[scope]] of MaTiPS. The conference will be held in Edmonton, at University of Alberta, Canada, 17-19 October 2025.
MaTiPS schedule will be coordinated with Acoustics Week Canada 2025 (in neighbouring Calgary) to facilitate participating in both conferences.

===== Submission Guidelines: =====
* If you are able to, please send an email to [[mailto:matips@pm.me|matips@pm.me]] with your intended title and authors as early as you can but by **19 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth**. This will let us plan both for the number of participants and for the distribution of review tasks.
* Deadline for full abstract submission (through [[https://easyabs.linguistlist.org/conference/MaTiPSS/|the submission system]], not email): 28 June, 2025, anywhere on Earth 26 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth 30 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth
* Abstracts should not exceed one side of A4 paper, with 2.5 cm margins, font size 11 (or 12 which is mentioned on the submission system, but both will be accepted), and single line spacing.
* Supplemental materials (figures, tables, references) should be included on the same page.
* Please submit your abstract in PDF format, including your name(s) and affiliation(s).
* For best results please use the provided templates. In the end no templates got created. Instead, please follow the instructions above.

* On the abstract submission site, please indicate your preferred presentation format: poster, oral or demonstration.
