We welcome submissions covering diverse aspects of signing, speech and language research methodology as described in the scope of MaTiPS. The conference will be held online, 7th November 2026.

Presentation formats will be posters and video tutorials. Accepted posters and links to video tutorials must be submitted by October 31 2026.

• Deadline for full abstract submission (through the submission system, not email): 31 August, 2026, anywhere on Earth
• Abstracts maybe up to 2 A4-size pages long, including text, figures, tables, and references.
• For formatting details and file naming conventions, please refer to the template: matips_abstract_template.docx.
• Please submit your abstract in PDF format.
• Abstracts should include your name(s) and affiliation(s).
• Submission system

• On the abstract submission site, please indicate your preferred presentation format: poster or video tutorial.
• You should also indicate the timezone you expect to be participating from.

• Authors will be notified of acceptance via email in September 2026.
