We welcome submissions covering diverse aspects of signing, speech and language research methodology as described in the scope of MaTiPS. The conference will be held in Edmonton, at University of Alberta, Canada, 17-19 October 2025.

MaTiPS schedule will be coordinated with Acoustics Week Canada 2025 (in neighbouring Calgary) to facilitate participating in both conferences.

• Submissions.

• If you are able to, please send an email to matips@pm.me with your intended title and authors as early as you can but by 19 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth. This will let us plan both for the number of participants and for the distribution of review tasks.
• Deadline for full abstract submission (through the submission system, not email): 28 June, 2025, anywhere on Earth 26 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth
• Abstracts should not exceed one side of A4 paper, with 2.5 cm margins, font size 11, and single line spacing.
  • For best results please use the provided templates.
• Supplemental materials (figures, tables, references) should be included on the same page.
• Please submit your abstract in PDF format, including your name(s) and affiliation(s).

• On the abstract submission site, please indicate your preferred presentation format: poster, oral or demonstration.

• Authors will be notified of acceptance via email in early August, 2025.
