- Submission of abstracts opens May 2025
- If you are able to, please send an email to matips@pm.me with your intended title and authors as early as you can but by 19 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth. This will let us plan both for the number of participants and for the distribution of review tasks.
- Deadline for abstract submission:
28 June, 2025, anywhere on Earth26 July, 2025, anywhere on Earth - Notification of acceptance via email on or before August 1, 2025
- Conference in Edmonton, at University of Alberta, Canada 17-19 October 2025
- MaTiPS schedule will be coordinated with Acoustics Week Canada 2025 (in neighbouring Calgary) to facilitate participating in both conferences.
