- Submission of abstracts opens May 2025
- Submission deadline for title and authors: 21 June, 2025, anywhere on Earth
- Deadline for abstract submission: 28 June, 2025, anywhere on Earth
- Notification of acceptance via email on or before August 1, 2025
- Conference in Edmonton, at University of Alberta, Canada 17-19 October 2025
- MaTiPS schedule will be coordinated with Acoustics Week Canada 2025 (in neighbouring Calgary) to facilitate participating in both conferences.
